i get riddled throughout my entire body with muscle cramps in my back, ribs, jaw (if i yawn), stretch (reaching high cupboards), or if im on my feet too long i get them in both feet at the same time and have to rush to leave the store(s). get them in my hips while driving and have to pull over until it subsides.

Although this supplement did suppress the restless leg syndrome for a few hours, it was highly disruptive to my sleep pattern. I was awake until four or five each morning, unable to fall asleep, so I am discontinuing it. I was better off without it. Also, magnesium OXIDE I have now learned is the most likely magnesium formula to cause diarrhea. Non buffered magnesium glycinate is the one you want. Select the purest formula you can find with no extra additives. Do not pick this one unless you are seriously constipated or you will be all ready for a colonoscopy the next morning.

He eats a healthy diet & is physically active daily. This bottle I received had an expiration date of June of 2023. There is a small scent but nothing that would be considered bad. This is a great value with 110 capsules at one day makes this bottle almost a 4 month supply. A healthy supplement from a reputable company at a good price.
