Being a gel verses the tablet, which must be chewed, makes medication much more simple if patient is starting to become confused. I plan to always have this product available for my loved one.

The gel is very thick and way too sweet according to the relative for whom I bought this. However, and this is why I have purchased this product three times - it saves lives! Taken during, or just before a hypoglycemic event this product delivers quickly the needed amount of glucose to start to reverse the low sugar level in the blood.

Flavor is good but opening the package by hand is difficult even when I am not shaking from a low blood sugar episode. The perforation is hard to tear by hand and is too high up so the opening will only let a few drops out at a time. I have to find a pair of scissors each time I need to use it.

i get riddled throughout my entire body with muscle cramps in my back, ribs, jaw (if i yawn), stretch (reaching high cupboards), or if im on my feet too long i get them in both feet at the same time and have to rush to leave the store(s). get them in my hips while driving and have to pull over until it subsides.
